News that doesn’t matter…

I’m rather bored so I thought I might post the first actual bit of news on the website. An update as it were to the state of the band and all things blowing up.

So to start, an update on the members of the band. Matt graduated, I didn’t, and everyone is working. Sounds fun doesn’t it? And now to the band. We’re working on a demo of 3 to 6 songs, depending on how well the muse hits us and from there it will just be a matter of giving it to the various bars and waiting for them to book us. Currently the plans are to play at Northgate Tavern sometime before the end of June and then from there rock the rest of Baton Rouge for the remainder of the summer. For the moment the band members are taking their various summer vacations so hopefully this recording will happen sometime next week in between trips so that we can be ready when everyone comes home.

Other than that I don’t have anything really intelligent to say…
